These terms govern Isanna Career, operated by ISANNA TECNOLOGIA LTDA, CNPJ 66.060.335/0001-03. Career outputs are drafts you must review before using.

Payments and delivery

Paddle processes checkout as merchant of record and handles payment details. If delivery fails, contact us and we will make it right by re-delivering or refunding where appropriate.

Refunds

Completed personalized Career documents are generally not refundable once opened/viewed. Refunds remain available for duplicate charges, non-delivery, unresolved technical failures, or where required by applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of São Paulo, Brazil, with venue in São Paulo/SP, Brazil. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
