Refund Policy

Secure checkout is handled through Paddle. If delivery fails, Isanna will make it right.

Paddle is the merchant of record and issues approved refunds back to the original payment method.

• Duplicate charges are refundable.
• Non-delivery and unresolved technical failures are refundable.
• Refunds are available where required by applicable law.
• Completed personalized Career documents are generally not refundable once opened/viewed.
• An auto-generated timeout first version remains refundable until you open or view the delivered document.
